These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beach Stewards Hub, operated by the Sol Margin Fishing & Conservation Foundation (SMFCF). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Participation is limited to approved Beach Stewards, Zone Captains, volunteers, and staff.
You agree to follow the Community Policy (above) and engage respectfully in all Groups and Forums.
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant SMFCF a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share content within the Hub for educational and organizational purposes.
Do not share personal information of others without consent. SMFCF will handle account and activity data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Beach Stewards program is voluntary and governed by your signed volunteer waiver. SMFCF is not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from volunteer activities or community use.
SMFCF reserves the right to remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Policy, without notice.
These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the Hub after updates means you accept the new Terms.
